What I collect

Please do not include sensitive information (such as health, financial, or government identification details) in a message. If you do, I will use it only to respond to you.
What I do not collect
- No cookies or browser storage. Because nothing is stored on your device, there is no cookie banner.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking. No advertising pixels, social-media trackers, fingerprinting, or session recording. The only measurement is the cookieless, aggregate Cloudflare Web Analytics and the anonymous action counts described above.
- No third-party fonts or embeds. Fonts and images are served from this website.
- The Framework self-assessment stays in your browser unless you ask for your reading by email. Your answers and scores are calculated on your device and disappear when you reload the page. If you ask for the email, your answers and address are sent once to calculate and deliver it, then discarded.
How I use it
I use your information only for the purpose you gave it:
- Replying to your message. Legal basis under the GDPR: steps you requested and my legitimate interest in responding to correspondence.
- Sending the newsletter. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Emailing your self-assessment reading when you ask for it. Legal basis: steps you requested.
- Operating and securing the website, including preventing spam and abuse. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in a working, secure website.
- Measuring the website in aggregate (page views, referrers, load speed) with cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics, and anonymous counts of the actions listed above. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in improving the site.
- Meeting legal obligations, if a law requires me to keep or disclose information.
I do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects, and I do not build profiles of visitors.

I may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, safety, or security of others, or as part of a legal claim. I do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long I keep it
- Contact messages: as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange unless you ask me to keep them or the law requires otherwise.
- Newsletter address: until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove it.
- Self-assessment reading requests: not kept by me; Resend keeps delivery records for the period set by its own policy.
- Anonymous action counts: kept by Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine for up to 3 months.
- Technical request data and aggregate analytics: kept by Cloudflare and the email provider for the limited periods set by their own policies.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask me to:
- tell you what personal information I hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- stop sending you the newsletter, or withdraw any consent you gave;
- object to or restrict how I use your information.
Email the.ata.turhan@solarityai.com with your request. I will respond within 30 days, may ask you to confirm your identity, and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or using the link in any newsletter email.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority. Residents of U.S. states with privacy laws (such as California, Texas, Virginia, and Colorado) have the rights above; I do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. If I deny a request, you may appeal by replying to my decision.
International transfers
I am based in the United States, and my service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where data-protection laws require it, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses.
Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Form submissions are checked for origin and spam and are sent directly to my inbox; they are not stored in a website database. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent me information, email the.ata.turhan@solarityai.com and I will delete it.
Other websites and apps
This website links to sites and services I do not control, including solarityai.com, the Solarity AI apps on the App Store and Google Play, the Solarity AI channel and Solarity Brotherhood community on Telegram, Google Calendar when you book a meeting, and profiles on networks such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Medium, GitHub, WhatsApp, and Spotify. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit or use them, including how Solarity AI’s apps handle your data.
Changes
If I change how this website handles personal information, I will update this page and its effective date. If a change is significant, such as adding new analytics or tracking, I will say so clearly here before it takes effect.
